YN27C Combustion Rock Drilling Machine

YN27C is a portable, internal-combustion rock drill. Weighing 27kg, it integrates a gasoline engine, air compressor, and drill hammer into a single unit. It requires no external electricity or air compressor. It is ideal for remote locations, mining, and road construction. Because it generates its own pneumatic pressure, this tool can perform percussive drilling, breaking, splitting, and ramming. It is heavily utilized in situations where transporting heavy air compressors is impossible, such as high-altitude areas, mountainous regions, or sites without water supply. Operation and MaintenanceStarting: Do not operate the air door while fully open during initial startup. Set the accelerator counterclockwise to the bottom before pulling the engine, then slowly decrease acceleration clockwise to increase speed. Maintenance: After each use, turn off the accelerator and use the airway clearing needle to clean the cylinder's oblique airway to prevent carbon buildup. The air door sponge also requires regular cleaning with gasoline.
